The Frida Center for Fibromyalgia is an integrative medical clinic founded by a physician who has personal experience with this complex illness. Dr. Ginevra Liptan is a graduate of Tufts University School of Medicine, and is board-certified in internal medicine. After developing fibromyalgia as a medical student, she spent many years using herself as a guinea-pig in a search for effective treatments.

At the Frida Center, she dedicates her time exclusively to treatment of fibromyalgia, using the most effective and well-researched therapies from both conventional and alternative medicine. She is also involved in ongoing fibromyalgia research at Oregon Health and Science University.
