Alpha Technology was founded in 2008 as a sales-driven distributor of dairy equipment.  Over a relatively short period of time, we have singularly focused on perfecting the age old process of cow prep using a revolutionary technology.  Since then, we have evolved into an innovative technology and manufacturing organization.  Presently our customer’s milk over 100,000 plus cows daily on farms with herd sizes that range from 300 to 8,000 cows.  Generally, these dairies average <150,000 SCC and <1% mastitis.

Alpha’s key product is the FutureCow™ Teatscrubber.  As of spring 2012, FutureCow partnered with GEA Farm Technologies to be our exclusive distributor of our teat prep system in North America.  Earlier versions of teat brushes were effective yet unreliable and not focused on worker or cow comfort. To address these growing concerns we tapped into individuals and key vendors from diverse backgrounds such as; precision fabrication, aerospace and the defense industry.  The result of our efforts is a cow friendly, reliable and effective system mindful of profitability.  

The FutureCow Prep System is our newest version designed specifically to meet the demands of GEA Farm Technologies and their promise for delivering the most innovative and technologically advanced products to their dairyman. With GEA handling all of the marketing, and sales distribution for North America it has allowed Alpha Technology to focus on the design and manufacturing of other innovative products, such as our new FutureCow comfortBrush, and our development of mobile platforms for our patent-pending Teatscrubber technology.
