Galatians Foundation is a nonprofit health organization committed to building trust, access, and dignity in care across all walks of life. With two distinct service arms—Galatians Community Health and City of Oaks Wellness—we meet people where they are, offering care that is rooted in community, compassion, and results.

Galatians Community Health (GCH) provides primary care, women’s health, and pediatric services to families across northeast Raleigh and surrounding areas. Our focus is on serving populations that have historically faced barriers to healthcare, whether due to income, access, or past experiences with the system. At GCH, we prioritize strong patient relationships, practical solutions, and continuity of care that meets the real-life needs of the communities we serve.

City of Oaks Wellness (COO) expands our impact by offering wellness services, including weight management, pediatrics, and aesthetics, with the same level of honesty, trust, and cultural humility that defines our foundation. City of Oaks Wellness is designed to support individuals and families looking for proactive, personalized health solutions in a welcoming environment. It bridges our mission-driven care with a wellness model that speaks to professionals, families, and those seeking long-term support for both health and confidence.
