Get It Together Girl Media is the brainchild of corporate trainer and life coach Karyn Beach. As a life coach, Karyn noticed that it wasn't the big things, but the little ones that kept people from reaching their goals. So she wrote a workbook called "Get It Together Girl!: A 28-Day Guide to Practical NOT Perfect Home Organization. Soon after, she'd released two more one on time management and another on goal-setting. In September of 2013, she's launching a weekly show on BlogTalkRadio where she'll take her Get It Together Girl philosphy to the Internet airwaves. The philosophy? Start where you are and use what you've got to get what you want.
The other side of Get It Together Girl media stems from Karyn's years in corporate training. She found that the standard customer service training focused solely on the customer. Yet, she realized, if the customer service professionals were unhappy, the likelihood of them delivering excellent customer service diminished!
In the vein of Who Moved My Cheese, The Colors of Customer Service takes place in a world run by chameleons that change color based on mood. The story follows new customer service manager Peter as he changes the colors of his team from frustrated reds, discouraged blues and apathetic yellow to friendly pinks, professional greens and confident purples.
