Essentially Boon enables it's members to be compensated for referring individuals within their network to any opportunity posted by a registered business and organization without requiring messy service agreements between the two parties. An "opportunity" can include but isn't limited to; jobs, events, products and promotions.

Members can be compensated based on the amount of traffic they generate as well as other benchmarks such as hires completed, members enrolled, purchases made etc. Members are publicly rated based on the effectiveness of each referral. In addition, Boon offers a bevy of user tools that allows both parties to track the effectiveness of each campaign, deal pipeline, and payment status. Payments are automatically facilitated through Boon, eliminating the need for invoicing.
