The New and CARP products will come directly from Cisco and have Cisco's 90-Day Warranty included. The units will also be packed in a New box with all the ship group hardware. As always, Cisco will include an IOS license and provide free technical support. Your local Cisco sales office will get full credit for the sale so they can walk you through any install requirements that you have.
