The Gold Standard Brokerage was founded in 2022 by Sean P Gribbons with a passion for selling real estate. Although founded recently Sean P Gribbons comes with over a decade of experience in the Colorado real estate market.
Serving both buyers and sellers Sean has a broad experience ranging from land, residential, and commercial transactions. In addition to his real estate transaction experience he is an investor and has managed several construction renovation projects from single family homes to multifamily apartments and condos.
