Help Meowt Catfé is a one-of-a-kind nonprofit destination coming to Newton, North Carolina, where cat lovers can relax, connect, and directly support local rescue efforts. More than a traditional cat café or animal shelter, Help Meowt Catfé combines adoptable cat lounges, a welcoming café, a community education center, boutique shopping, volunteer opportunities, and special events—all designed to improve the lives of cats while bringing people together.

Operated by Help Meowt Catawba, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, the Catfé provides a unique experience where every lounge visit, purchase, membership, and donation helps fund cat rescue, foster care, medical treatment, adoptions, and community outreach programs throughout Catawba County and surrounding communities.

Guests will be able to spend time with adoptable cats in thoughtfully designed lounges, enjoy coffee, tea, juices, and healthy snacks, browse locally made gifts and cat-themed merchandise, attend educational workshops and family-friendly events, volunteer, foster, or become members. Every experience is designed to create meaningful connections while supporting homeless cats.

Help Meowt Catfé is also committed to expanding community resources through educational programming, rescue partnerships, and future affordable pet care initiatives that help keep cats healthy and in loving homes.
