Hexahash has released UHF passive RFID based Real-time locating system (RTLS), designed to track and manage the mobile and fixed assets.

Hexahash IoT software suite called 'HexaTrack' is a flagship product of the company which is used in 100s of large enterprises already.

Every organization requires an effective automated asset tracking system which eases their asset management and its life cycle. This RFID solution automatically keep track of assets/equipments as they move in and out of the premises or plants irrespective of type of the item - whether its a metal object, non-metal or even files and papers.

HexaTrack RFID Asset tracking system uses UHF Passive RFID reader which is having configurable read range from 8cm to 8 metres. Hexahash uses Impinj UHF RFID reader and Impinj chipset based RFID tags in all its solutions. RFID tags should be fixed on the assets or equipments. Each EPC code of the RFID tag has to be mapped with product code or asset code. It's a one time activity to manage the assets.

UHF RFID reader has to be installed in the strategic locatons such as entry and exits of the premises or shop floors. Our RFID readers can scan 1000 tags per second and hardware and software designed in such a way to avoid anti-collission to enable accurate count of items.

HexaTrack RTLS uses combination of fixed readers and handheld readers hence if items are located outside the premises which can be tracked still using handheld reader.
