The Hispanic Chamber of Electronic Commerce (HISCEC) is the result of hard work by a team of entrepreneurs dedicated to the promotion of electronic commerce and the utilization of electronic business models that contribute to the growth and economic development of small and medium size (SME’s) Hispanic businesses.
For a large majority of Small and Medium size businesses (SME’s) the use of the Internet has lagerly been largely to sending/receiving emails, sending documents and searching for information.

We have concluded that a lack of financial resources has been one of the principal factors preventing SME’s from being able to invest in e-commerce tools that would allow them to join the digital economy.

Our principal business philosophy is: “Every problem has a solution.”

The e-commerce tool that HISCEC offers is a solution for small and medium size businesses (SME’s) interested in being able to utilize the Internet for capabilities beyond sending email and documents. HISCEC could not accept the idea that the Internet being such a valuable tool for business was not being fully utilized by Small and Medium Size businesses (SME’s).
