Homeowner Prep is a 501c3 nonprofit organization dedicated to educating and encouraging underserved communities by providing financial coaching and first time home buyer events to help individuals achieve economic stability and build generational wealth.

We are based in San Diego, California but serve clients throughout the US in their pursuit of their first home. Our programs include one-on-one financial coaching, online webinars, in-person real estate bus tours and our company podcast that has reached more than 300,000 listeners.
