Hospitality Ventures, formed in 2001, is a mid-size hotel ownership group specializing in the acquisition, renovation, repositioning, development and management of franchised full, select-service and upscale hotels, with a brand focus on Hilton and Marriott. With an average of more than 28 years each of industry experience, and more than 13 years working together as a team, Hospitality Ventures’ principals boast an established track record of identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in the hospitality real estate industry. Since 1991, the principals have made aggregate investments in more than 150 separate hospitality real estate assets with a gross acquisition or development cost of approximately $1.5 billion.

The company currently owns and operates 28 hotels, consisting of 4,808 rooms. Twenty hotels operate under franchise agreements with Marriott or Hilton. The properties are located in Alabama, California, Georgia, Kentucky, Maine, Michigan, New Jersey, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, Tennessee and Texas.
