When you are relaxed, it is possible to work with your conscious and subconscious mind and make positive and quick changes to your internal state and therefore get great results in your driving. The subconscious mind is a resource for creating positive habits, it loves discovery and always wants more, it does not process negatives and it’s where the emotions lie and therefore directs all your behaviour. Most importantly the subconscious is important for maintaining good health.
