iLLism

What happens when two great things come together? It creates something so much more iLL than the sum of its parts. Insert Hip hop artist Envy and R&B vocalist Fancy. Hailing from Minneapolis, a city well known for its live music and  creative culture.

Neither artist is new to the music industry. Both having success in their respective solo careers.  Envy charted on Billboard back in 2008, while both artists have gained popularity after having many of their tracks featured in prominent TV shows on networks including E!, MTV, VH1, ABC, Starz; And to add box office  movies like "Ride Along."

The duo teamed up in late 2015 naming themselves "iLLism." Their debut double EP "Definition of iLL: A Side" dropped October 11th 2016 after almost a year after becoming an official group. Completion of the Album's"B Side" is soon to follow in early 2017.

It’s no doubt that they struck gold with this pairing. Respectively, They're only stronger together. iLLism continues to break industry rules by fitting outside the current Hip Hop and R&B sound and creating one of their own, while also capturing remnants of 1990's early 2000's Hip Hop and R&B flavor. One especially that is sure to resound across the ears of music lovers everywhere.
