Proctor & Gamble the maker of Folgers Coffee invented a commercial coffee maker by the name Custom Cafe Machine. P & G appointed a equipment dealer Coffee Haven LLC, in Miami Florida to sell this coffee makers in the US. Coffee Haven created a business opportunity program with this dealership and started selling these equipments to people all over the US. Some reason the relation ship between P & G and Coffee Haven became bad and P & G cancelled the contract suddenly. When P & G cancelled the contract with this Florida company, they realized that with out the backing of P & G they will not be able to sell their business opportunity franchise, they closed their doors and disappeared. Now those people bought these machines are with out any help from either Coffee Haven or P & G. That is the reason some people are suing P & G for damages. Those who called P & G prior to investing in this program P & G encouraged them to get in this deal.
