Being at the forefront of the industry, we're always different and never traditional when it comes to developing and operating our resorts. We also involve ourselves in other projects apart from our hospitality-focused work.
In 2017, we developed and operated District6 Coworking + Offices, a community-based coworking space that promotes and facilitate startup companies. District 6 provides us the vehicle to project InSitu's values to always be at the forefront. We were able co-launch events and initiatives such as Singapore's first proptech accelerator programme and Singapore's first proptech hackathon.
InSitu Asia also provides consultancy services to existing hotel/resort developers and operators in our own unique methods that include value engineering and scalability in a sustainable environment.
