About

Intervention Architecture- known as The Architect's Best Friend- is a high quality architectural drafting studio specializing in municipal submissions for all large scale architectural projects such as large scale commercial, residential and industrial buildings as well as complete cities and estates. We  specialise in municipal submissions for eco-friendly and sustainable designs. Some of the projects done by us include the award winning Steyn City Clubhouse which was taken to the World Architecture Festival 2012 and the 5 buildings of the iconic Maboneng Precinct, known by artists worldwide.

After many Architects from the Architecture industry mention to us on a constant basis how municipal submissions take up their time, we have started helping Architects take their signed off and approved sketch plans, and create municipal submissions for them in multiple formats. Intervention Architecture only uses expert technologists to complete these drawings and each drawing is pre-approved for the submission to guarantee quality service each time.

All necessary energy efficiency calculations, and council submission forms are added to the drawing pack to create a municipal submission pack for the architects; and if the architects so choose-Intervention Architecture submits the pack to the municipality on behalf of Architects using our expert council runners and knowledge of the latest SANS requirements and standards.

The highly trained individuals on our team have worked on some of the most iconic projects in South Africa including Steyn City, Melrose Arch, the Maboneng Precinct, and Soccer City (now known as FNB Stadium).

The way  we ensure that Architects are given the freedom to make those imagined realities possible, is through having a team of the BEST highly trained Architectural technologists, expert draftsman and drafts people on our team who can take those imagined wonders, and bring them into reality by helping with all your municipal submission drafting work.
