Irontown Homes is a custom modular home builder. With over 25 years in the industry they stand alone in the high end modular industry. They have a 60,000 square foot facility that they custom built to meet their needs of their building style. Irontown stands alone as the only factory offering a full turn key service. They will design your home, allow you to customize it completely, assist with financing, build the home, excavate and build your foundation, deliver and set the home on your site and complete the work at your location. No other factory handles all of those features in house. Many of them will use local contractors to complete the work. Irontown has done that in the past but feels the workmanship and quality is not up to their elite standard so they began a new division for the site work. Irontown prides themselves in quality built homes built with green sustainable materials in a cost effective manner.
