Among the annual expo highlights are personal appearances by well-known physicians, celebrities and star athletes from around the area. We will also have the professional mascots from the Pro Philly Sports Teams for the kids. The expo features up to 100 booths for attendees that want the latest in health and fitness goods and services. The main concourse entertainment includes Fitness and Nutrition Demonstrations, Contests, lifting competition, seminars, and many other demos.
