The app connects to Apple Health, reads data from 50+ wearables including Apple Watch, Oura, Whoop, and Garmin, and generates a daily 3-minute radio show where two AI hosts analyze your sleep, heart rate, steps, and wellness patterns.
Unlike text-based health AI tools like Microsoft Copilot Health or ChatGPT Health, F183 delivers insights through audio with AI hosts that have distinct personalities. Each of the 16 supported languages features a unique host pair: Emma and James in English, Lucía and Pablo in Spanish, Lena and Florian in German, and more.
