About

The Jenny Lin Foundation (www.jennylinfoundation.org) is a non-profit charitable organization established in 1994 following the tragic murder of Jennifer Lin, a musically talented, well liked, straight A middle school student.  Its mission is to promote child safety and youth music education.  Each year, it offers a six-week youth music camp to middle and high school students in the Bay Area free of charge.  It also organizes child safety events to increase safety awareness for school age children such as child safety fairs, safety art contests and safety books.  In addition, each year it awards multiple scholarships to students with outstanding music and academic achievements.
