The Bay Area housing stock is a specific kind of challenge. A lot of it was built between the 1940s and 1980s — galvanized water pipes that have long past their lifespan, cast iron sewer lines that crack and corrode, hard water from Cal Water and Valley Water that quietly damages water heaters and appliances, and expansive clay soil that shifts underground lines over time. JetPipe was built around exactly these conditions.
The company handles the full range of residential and light commercial plumbing. Smaller jobs include water heater repair and maintenance, drain cleaning, pipe leak repair, fixture installation, gas line work — from stove hookups to pool and patio lines — and water quality systems like softeners, whole house filtration, and reverse osmosis.
