Urgent Petition Launched to Save American Child Tortured in a Japan Military Hospital when he was only eleven yrs old. Petition Demands Congressional Hearing as Childs life In Danger.
Tape recorded evidence clearly shows Japanese military doctors heavily sedated eleven year old American child, they then placed a plastic bag over his head, suffocating him, inflicting severe traumatic brain Injury (Severe TBI), they left him in a vegetative state, dependent on a life support machine and a feeding tube to remain alive in absolute suffering,
It is clearly understood that traumatic brain injury (TBI) is one of the leading causes of death and disability in paediatric ages 2-16 group (1), with more than half of all childhood fatalities caused by TBI - it is clearly understood that a critical time window to quickly administer medical treatment to save the life of a child is counted in seconds and minutes - with this well established scientific fact in mind -, we can see that even the most heinous crimes committed on a child can become what is best defined as a cold-blooded Moral Evil (2); the Japan military doctors engaged in covering up the suffocation crime, they made no attempt to contact his parents (in Tokyo for year- end business meetings), and abandoned Jimmy in his hospital room for nearly 20 hours without any treatment while his brain cells died.
Additional horrifying facts - when father found son Jimmy at 5:30 am his eyes were locked open- blood red, serum glucose level above 300, and he was suffering severely fighting to stay alive, and we had absolutely no idea what happened to 11 yr old son, as the Japan military doctors had initially denied any knowledge or involvement and repeatedly insinuated that the damage to Jimmy’s brain was not discovered until I (the father) was with Jimmy in his hospital room alone, and I may have been the cause of Jimmy’s severe TBI. We have evidence of what this appeared to be as a cold blooded, and calculated strategy.
The Petition launched call to demand Congressional Hearing to examine all evidence, of the torture of an American child and the continued violations of human rights, International law, that are condoned against him and his American family in Japan. Urgent Help Needed
After examination of evidence the petition seeks urgent action as an American child’s life is clearly in danger, his ribcage is collapsing into his heart and lungs and denied intervention therapy to stop the collapse for years, child is suffering severely and need expert collaboration help fast; evidence will show his family will be further persecuted from this disclosure, so international transparency is urgent.
PETITION BACKGROUND
The child named Jimmy was only eleven yrs old he was tortured and suffered severe traumatic brain Injury (Severe TBI) in a Japan military hospital - Just 4 days after my wife and I had announced we were going to report to the Japan police that the leading Japanese stem cell scientist, executives, and (‘2 days after’) a bureaucrat were involved in multiple schemes of serious fraud and conspiracy.
From the day of the announcement his family has been viciously persecuted, slandered, and businesses destroyed by unconscionable corruption, such as two kangaroo courts of outlandish defamatory lies, deliberate use of mental ill patient to steal patents, use of same corrupt lawyer, valuable patents then given to the same bureaucrat’s institution by the court the tortured Childs parents were trying to report for fraud and conspiracy-. All condoned.
After evidence is examined, petition calls on honourable members of congress to compel Japan to allow for the a full international criminal investigation and prosecution of child’s torturer(s), as well as the full censure, and prosecution of all involved in the inexcusable violations of moral, ethical principles and legal standards of the related agencies, scientists, bureaucrat and lawyers, who knowingly participated in the crimes, and corruption and/or sat by and let the continued violations of human rights, International law, and Articles 11, 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, 21, and 36 of the Constitution of Japan ruthlessly continue against this defenceless child be and his American family
