I just can't seem to get over what we, as home owners are expected to put up with. It appears that everybody just wants us to spend, spend and spend like we have a frigging money tree in our back yard.I'm here to tell you that we don't need to fork out bags of money to improve the I.A.Q in our homes or to make sure that our heating systems are working efficiently. A little is a must but we have to be careful. I know it's tough. Who do I trust? I walk into 40+ different homes a week and expect total strangers to trust me. I am very passionate about what I do and people pick up on this when we talk.You should be able to get that same feeling from whomever it is giving you the same advice. Trust your instincts. Trust your gut. Do a little research. Call around and ask about the company you are looking at hiring to clean , maintain or service your heating system. Word of mouth advertising is the way to go.I.A.Q and Heat Loss are real problems we face as home owners but they are problems that we can cost effectively fix ourselves.
I use real life accounts of jobs I am called out to. I give  honest, working man advice to each and every customer on how to improve indoor air quality in their homes and how to better protect their heating systems. As a hard worker myself I got tired of hearing about the truck loads of money that people were literally being talked into spending needlessly. My hope,  with my site is to reach out to as many people as I possibly can. I know the stories I've written will be very familiar to  everyone who reads them. I know for a fact because I see the same things week in and week out. For the most part everything I talk about can be done inexpensively and by each homeowner themselves  although there are a couple things they will have to hire out. In these cases I have given my best expert advice on what and how to look for the proper company.
