We will open a small factory to produce a dried fruits at the North of Thailand in the name of "TJ NORTHERN OVERSEAS CO., LTD" this company registered for Memorandum of Association on Oct 26, 2010, at Department of Business Devlopment, Ministry of Commerce, Lampang office. The share capital is 180,000 USD
to be share 50,000 unit and one unit is 3.6 USD. The share capital for 25,500 unit have booked by us and other Thai bussiness men and for 24,500 unit, we are looking for the foreigner investors who may be have to intention to invest in bussiness of dried fruits in Thailand.
