A Testimony to My Over-the-Top Service!
My wife and I were interested in buying a beach area property in the Sarasota/Bradenton as a second home. After requesting local area real estate magazines on line we were inundated with brokers soliciting our business. I am involved in the real estate business and have owned several properties in addition to working as a real estate broker and as an appraiser in the past. I have had the opportunity to work with many real estate professionals over the years and I was not looking forward to dealing with the "typical" real estate broker.
After many telephone calls and emails with several local brokers, including Justin, explaining our criteria, I received an email from Justin providing listings of interest and information he had garnered from a local property management firm. What started to separate Justin from the pack is that paid attention to what our interests were, something too many brokers are inclined to forget, listen to their prospective client!
After reviewing what Justin provided, we decided to make the trip down to take a look at what was available in the marketplace. My wife and six year old son flew down for a 4 day weekend property search and I needed to have someone who really wanted to work at it. Justin made himself available to our schedule and we were off. Justin not only set up a full schedule of appointments, he scheduled some time for us to sit down with a local property manger to offer us an inside view of the local rental market. As we traveled around the area, I would spot ads in local papers, mentioned them to Justin and he would have appointments set up almost instantly and rearranged our schedule on several occasions. We ended up finding a condo we loved and still I made Justin trek through several more. This is again where Justin leaves the majority of real estate professionals in the dust. He did not pressure me to make an offer; he understood that we had to be convinced that the property was the best fit for our needs before presenting an offer.
Before we proceeded with an offer, Justin acquired information about the builder and spoke with him directly to about my concerns and when I had a question regarding installing an elevator in the unit, he found the firm that installed the elevators when the complex was built and obtained actual cost and time estimates. When concerns regarding some legal ramifications arose, Justin set up a meeting with a local real estate attorney and my concerns were quickly allayed by an expert in the field.
I believe that too many real estate professionals have simply been "successful by accident" due the extreme market conditions Florida has experienced the past few years.
I would recommend Justin for many reasons, but most importantly, Justin sells value, I am not referring to real estate value, but value in what he offers with his work ethic and indomitable energy.
I intend to purchase more property in Florida for investment purposes and Justin is someone I have the utmost confidence that he will understand my needs and goals and work hard to achieve those goals.
