Founded in 2013 by Yousuf Ali, J.T.R Solutions, has come a long way from its beginnings in his laptop computer. When Guillermo first started out, his passion for helping other people get recognized for the community, improving their sales and marketing and providing the best services for our customers drove him to quit his regular job, and gave him the impetus to turn hard work and inspiration into a booming company.

FOR GRAPHIC & LOGO DESIGN
We request a 100% payment to start the project for all logo design services. We are a 100% Risk Free Money Back Guarantee Company. If you are not satisfied, we refund your money within 30 days after purchase.
Refund is applicable only if you are not happy with any of the mockups and revisions are not requested. No fees, no questions. Immediate refund. Don’t be fooled…we refund at any stage of the design process within 30 days. Our competitors DO NOT!

Balance is due when we complete your website design. Once the balance is paid, we will transfer your site from my private test server to your live domain. On larger projects or projects with phases we may request a progressive payment as the project moves along. For this type of project we will always discuss a payment schedule with you before we agree on and begin the project.
FOR WEB DESIGN & MAINTENANCE
We request a 50% payment when the project begins for all web design services.
Balance is due when we complete your website design. Once the balance is paid, we will transfer your site from my private test server to your live domain.
On larger projects or projects with phases we may request a progressive payment as the project moves along. For this type of project we will always discuss a payment schedule with you before we agree on and begin the project.
Any extra expenses not included in the chosen package for the client will be billed when the items are purchased (if any).
