Wales Construction, LLC expanded its retail portfolio last week with the contracting of a ground up construction of a Valvoline Oil Change Facility in Richmond, Texas. This project is the first with the partnership between Valvoline and J. Wales Construction. We are excited about the opportunity and look forward to many more projects.
