About

The Association Kangourou sans Frontières (AKSF), meaning Kangaroo Without Borders in Mathematics, is an international non-profit organization dedicated to promoting the joy of mathematics and spreading mathematical education across the world.
The association organizes the annual Kangaroo Mathematics Competition, one of the world’s largest mathematics contests, designed to engage students through creative, logical, and real-life inspired problems.
Operating through national representatives in more than 114 countries, AKSF serves as a global platform for cultural and educational exchange in mathematics. Its core mission is to:
foster curiosity and enjoyment in learning mathematics through playful problem-solving,
identify and encourage mathematical talent at all levels, and
strengthen international awareness and collaboration in mathematical education.
In Turkey, the association’s activities emphasize increasing students’ interest in mathematics and developing problem-solving skills through innovative and accessible challenges.
