Best Body Fitness is dedicated to improving health & wellness for those in need of lifestyle intervention. We provide corporate wellness programs, fitness classes, in-home style training, & internet based training (online fitness and nutrition classes).
Our Nutrition Specialist, Katie Ronshausen offers an entire lifestyle management program that involves weekly classes, program text, lifestyle journal, educational software, fitness programming, yoga classes, meal plans, and healthy recipes. Katie is also a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise and specializes in fat loss, and nutrition. She holds an Associate in Sports Nutrition and is currently studying for her Master's. She is a mother of two children, and owner of Best Body Fitness. She teaches regular Hard-Body Yoga classes at the Missouri Athletic Club in downtown St. Louis, and at Crossfit-TNT in St. Charles.
Susan Karleskint is our Group Fitness Instructor and is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their goals in weight loss. She is energetic, hard working and compassionate. Susan will help you reach your fitness goals!
Susan has been teaching bootcamps and Hard-Body Yoga™ for two years and loves every moment of it! She has a great way of explaining and encouraging every client that she meets with a firm yet approachable manner. As a trainer, Susan believes you must Think Fit, Get Fit, Stay Fit. Think fit- Susan will be sure you are ready for this journey and help you every step of the way. Get Fit- Susan will take your motivation to succeed and make sure you reach your desired goals. Stay fit- Susan will give you the tools necessary to continue this journey and live a healthier lifestyle. She is an ACE Personal Trainer, and Level II Hard-Body Yoga™ Instructor. Her specialties include fitness consulting and small group training.
Kelly enjoys partnering with her clients to meet their needs, custom fitting programs according to their goals. She is passionate about inspiring others to live healthier and more energetic lifestyles!
Kelly Bunse is also one of our ACE certified Personal Trainers and has worked with a variety of clients over the last 8 years balancing their muscle strengths, weaknesses and lifestyle choices. Her approach to training incorporates fitness, nutrition and wellness. As a business owner and mother of two teenage daughters Kelly understands the value of your time. She works to create a program that fits into your schedule so that you can achieve results without spending hours in the gym. Her certifications are; ACE Personal Trainer, AASDN Nutrition Specialist, Level III Hard-Body Yoga™ Instructor, Silver Sneakers Group Fitness Instructor. Her specialties include Lifestyle & Nutrition Coaching, Posture Analysis and Re-education.
