Here at RLI Enterprises, we pride ourselves in improving the lives and communities where we are found. We have provided hope within these communities and have provided places for people to call home. The properties we purchase are usually in desperate need of repair and tenants are suffering from their surroundings. It is not uncommon for the community to see our team completely renovating a complex from the bottom up. After this is complete, we will then 100% occupy these properties with pre-screened, quality tenants. The owner, Ken Ippolito, takes great pride in the end result of a team effort.
