Neurosurgeon
Candidate should be well versed in all the procedures of Neurosurgery
Interventional Cardiologist
Candidate should be well versed in all the procedures of Interventional Cardiologist. Should be able to perform the following procedures: Coronary angiogram, coronary angioplasty, temporary pacemaker insertion, permanent pacemaker insertion, Intra aortic balloon conterpulsation insertion, Percutaneous Mitral Commissurotomy, Transthoracic 2D Echocardiogram, Transoesophageal Echocardiogram, ECG interpretation, Treadmill test interpretation, 24 hour Holter monitoring interpretation.
Gynecologist
Should be well versed with all the Gynaecological procedures related to deliveries.
Orthopaedician
Well versed with treatment of bone & joint injuries.Application & removal of casts, splints & braces.Instruct patients in caring for their injuries, understand & adjust traction equipment, & be able to adjust crutches, walkers &other aids.
Neurologist
Should be able to handle all Neurology related cases independently.
Radiologist
Should be well versed with Conventional radiology, Ultrasonography, CT scan and MRI scan.
To provide effective, efficient and professional clinical radiology services.
Do shift duties.
Paediatrician
Should handle the Paediatric department independently.
General Surgeon
Well versed with all general surgical procedures.
Physician
Should be able to evaluate symptoms, runs tests to diagnose a patient's condition and then prescribes medication or treatment to remedy the illness or injury.
Urologist
Specialize in treating diseases and maintaining the health of male reproductive organs, as well as the urinary tract in both males and females. Also treat kidneys, adrenal glands, and bladder problems
Gastroenterologist
Specialize in treating the digestive system. This includes the esophagus, stomach, small and large intestine, gallbladder, pancreas and liver.
The candidate appointed will have the responsibility to attend to the OP and the IP department of the hospital. They will also be required to do shift duties and night call duties. The general working conditions will vary from hospital to hospital depending upon the management of the hospital and the experience of the candidates.
Candidate should be able to speak Malayalam. Candidate be able to treat patients and their families with compassion and understanding.
Before the appointment the doctors will be briefed in detail about the working hours and the nature of duty to be performed by the recruiting hospital.
