Kidney Conversations was created by Kyle Hockridge of KWM and Jonathan Traylor of the podcast Hope With Jonathan. Both have come together to create a FREE space where those that have been diagnosed with Kidney Disease can come and find free information via blog posts videos and Free PDFs. The two realized that there was a missing piece in raising awareness about Kidney Disease. They have created a goal to Educate Inform and Inspire.
