About

KnightByrd Tech LLC builds tools for businesses and organisations that established channels have shut out.

Its main product, Ichnos, is a survey of where restricted industries can still legitimately reach an audience. Roughly 250 business categories cannot advertise the ordinary way: some are refused by advertising platforms outright, some are restricted by regulators governing what may be said and to whom, and many are both. The list runs from stem cell clinics, fertility services and medical tourism to tax resolution firms, hospice care, reentry programmes and food banks.

The survey has read more than 65,000 industry websites: trade publications, professional associations, licensing bodies, conferences, directories and industry forums. It records a route as open only where the destination states in its own words that an outsider may take part, and it stores that sentence alongside the web address so any claim can be checked rather than taken on trust.

The findings so far: fewer than 9 percent of the sites read publish any statement about whether an outsider may take part, and only fourteen issued an outright refusal. The doors are mostly unmarked rather than locked, which is why businesses without an advertising budget assume they are shut.

KnightByrd Tech LLC records places, not people. It holds no contact database, sells no mailing lists, and collects no personal data. Nothing is ever sent on a customer's behalf. The list of routes that cost nothing to pursue is published free, with no account required.
