Our History

For more than 70 years, Kohner, Mann & Kailas, S.C., has represented business interests and litigants. From our base in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, KMKSC has evolved into a sophisticated business law firm, recognized by our peers for our experience and expertise across the broad spectrum of legal issues associated with business.

Many of our clients utilize our services to manage representation and transactions throughout the United States and beyond.
