She has developed food products for her manufacturing clients that sell in Costco, Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, Kroger Foods, Walmart and more, and actively writes on food-related topics. She specializes in fresh and frozen prepared meals, baked goods, sous vide cooking techniques, and special dietary needs such as gluten-free and allergen-friendly foods.
