About

Science fiction writer K. Van Kramer's lifelong interest in art and science was fueled at a young age by her father and grandfather, both soil science experts. Her previous work as a book illustrator combined her love for science and art in three published children's books that concern ecology and nature. Soon afterwards she tried her own hand at writing and published three science fiction novella's which also tie into ecology, agriculture and planetary survival. After writing the third book in her Phobos series she accepted a contract with Silver Leaf Books, LLC.

Graduating with a B.A. from the University of Florida, she achieved five Addy awards during her career.
