About |
At Lakeside Survival Swim, we serve families in Marble Falls, Burnet, and the Highland Lakes area, helping children as young as 9 months old learn essential water survival skills in a fun, loving environment.
Our lessons go beyond traditional swim training. While we focus on critical skills like breath control, floating, swimming, and kicking, we make each session feel more like play than work. We customize every lesson to your child's unique needs and ensure they're learning in a nurturing, encouraging space.
By the end of approximately 24 lessons or 6-weeks (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday for 15 minutes each day), your child will be able to pass a 2-minute float test and—if age appropriate—swim to safety. The growth in their water confidence is truly incredible, and for parents, it's nothing short of life-changing. Many families in the Highland Lakes region have shared powerful testimonials about their children falling into water and successfully floating to save themselves—thanks to our proven training methods. Keep in mind some children will need more, some children will need less based on their learning style and skills.
Every child deserves the skills to survive. It's one of the best gifts you can give them, ranking right up there with regular doctor and dental visits. Drowning is the leading cause of death for children ages 1 to 4, but it's preventable—and we're here to help.
