Last Catch 2016 is a vintage smoked trout project operated by the Todorović Agricultural Estate in Velika Plana, Serbia.

The project is based on a remaining batch of approximately 6,000 tins from a single 2016 production run of lightly smoked rainbow trout originally produced using River Fish DOO’s freshwater fish preservation technology.

The trout was sourced from Lake Zaovine in the Zlatibor mountain region of western Serbia. The product contains no preservatives or artificial additives and is packaged in BPA-free tins.

Last Catch 2016 combines traditional fish preservation methods with the concept of natural aging over time, creating a product positioned both as food and as a collectible vintage item.
