La tarte flambée is a French restaurant with two locations. One on the Upper East Side in Manhattan an one in Murray Hill 33rd street.
We serve a unique specialty from Alsace, east of France. Imagine a paper thin bread dough, covered with a mix of creme fraîche and fromage blanc and on top of that, thin bacon matches and onions. than you choose the cheese you want to add! we have veggie options, chicken and spicy too!! and of course leave room for the sweet tartes flambées... chocolate covered strawberries, banana split, nutella...
