Laughing Cat Publishing is a small, independent publishing company in the Pacific Northwest. Our mission is to help create happier human beings, especially our young ones, through connection, belonging and love.
While Author/Illustrator Natalie Meraki was illustrating her own first book, she was also contracted for the illustration of the first of the The Adventures of Mr. Wilson series. After she illustrated the book, she really wanted it published but knew that the authors didn't know how and that it would take them a very long time to figure it out, so she did everything herself. She got out and learned everything there was to know about self-publishing. One thing she learned was that it was a good idea to start her own publishing company. So she did!
