Lean In Latinas, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is dedicated to closing the Latina pay equity gap through education, training, and mentorship. What started as a book study between four Latinas in the founder’s backyard, Lean In Latinas now boasts over 4000 members worldwide. The volunteer-run organization produces an annual sold-out conference to promote Latina advancement and continues to be a work tirelessly for a world free of gender and racial pay discrimination for Latina Women.
