Established by two Australian Registered Nurses who have lived a gluten-free lifestyle for over thirty years, The Little Aussie Bakery & Cafe began in 2006 as a dedicated gluten-free experimental kitchen.

Our food is built on the premise that it’s possible to create gluten-free food that meets the dietary needs of growing numbers of gluten intolerant, while celebrating all the best that food has to offer in taste and texture. Validation came in 2011 when Rita was nationally recognized as one of the top 10 artisan bakers in the U.S. by Dessert Professional Magazine. She was the only gluten-free baker among those recognized.
