Established in 2016 as an answer to the housing problems being created by high energy usage, low thermal efficiency and lack of focus on health in the construction of new homes, Living Zenith is a Utah home builder with a singular focus on the new frontier of housing development.

With our first community in Salt Lake City, Living Zenith at Liberty Park, a milestone was made where the first residents of a Utah community have the capacity to generate more energy than they consumes in a year.
