Logicraft Corporation provides aviation fuel accounting, reconciliation and data services to airlines and fuel operators. Founded in 1994 by Avery J. Kraft, who leads the company today as Chief Executive Officer, and based in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, the firm has spent three decades reconciling airline fuel by hand: collecting tickets from handlers, checking every quantity and flight, and settling the differences before they reach accounting.
FuelDeck™ is that practice turned into software. It is Logicraft's platform for the aviation fuel back office, built for airlines, into-plane agents and airport finance teams who turn fuel tickets into accounting.
FuelDeck collects the fuel record in whatever form it arrives (Excel, PDF and CSV files from handler portals, data feeds and email, as well as scanned tickets and ramp photos) and turns it into one structured record. Before anything posts, every ticket passes four checks: the customer's own field rules, live flight identity, the airline's published schedule, and uplift history on that route and aircraft type. A ticket that fails a check is held with the reason, shown beside the schedule leg it was checked against. Gross, net and metered quantities stay on their own basis, and a re-sent report, a corrected ticket and a second truck on one flight are told apart.
Every posted ticket keeps its source document, its review decisions and its delivery status, so a dispute or an audit is answered from the original record.
The FuelDeck suite:
- FuelScanner™: reads and validates fuel tickets as they arrive.
- FuelCounter™: the ticket, airline, airport and inventory ledger.
- DutyCounter™ (duty tracking) and FuelTaxPRO™ (fuel tax reporting): coming soon.
FuelDeck runs in the cloud, with nothing to install, and is priced per ticket with volume tiers.
Aviation fuel, finally accountable.
