Longhorn Solar offers residential and commercial solar electric design and installation.  Their headquartered in Austin, Texas with additional offices in San Antonio and Dallas, Texas.

Historically, Longhorn Solar began 17 years ago as Longhorn Services.  Power couple Lynn and Louis Petrik began Longhorn Services as a lawncare business but as the popularity of solar electricity grew, they developed a passion for solar. After training, certification, and a few successful projects under their belts - Longhorn Services officially incorporated Longhorn Solar in 2009.

As of January 2013, Longhorn Solar has installed 261 solar photovoltaic systems that produces a total of 1,875,876 Kwh, saving Texans $196,967 in utility bills.
