Managing To Succeed

Course Outline:

This is a structured programme designed to enhance the leadership skills of aspirant individuals, or experienced executives. The course utilises a mixture of interactive coaching and principle-centred training to demonstrate how cohesiveness and profitability can be systematically improved.

This programme addresses the mentality, approach and behaviour of individuals who shape organisational cultures. Attendees are encouraged to dig deeper: going beyond the rudimentary structure of corporate management styles - and looking more closely at their personal and professional characteristics.

This is an Individual Advancement programme that acts as a powerful mechanism to facilitate genuine change, by addressing any essential issues that may hinder forward progress.

Essential issues that are expansively covered include:

The programme uses well-established principles as its foundation, but its delivery is totally tailored to suit the specific needs of our clients. This training course is the end-result of years of experience in building strong, progressive teams: a considerable body of knowledge that is readily available to all who attend.

In-depth coaching encourages attendees to fully engage – leading to far higher rates of knowledge retention and consistent application of the principles they learn. Participants are also better equipped to transfer newfound insights to others if they were actively involved in the process of information acquisition; rather than simply being lectured to.

We are in the results business. The programme has one fundamental aim – gaining measurable results. Participants start each new session with a review of their personal observations or discoveries based on the previously completed unit (there are ten in total). This enables attendees to keep an accurate record of the improvements they have made.

Our workshops and training days are structured in order to minimise operational disruption. The course can be delivered over a number of weeks, allowing participants to maintain organisational stability whilst they complete the programme.
