About

Mark Frietch was born in Cincinnati, Ohio and grew up in a military family, which provided him with the opportunity to live in a number of locations throughout the United States such as Texas, Louisiana, Maryland, and South Carolina. He moved to North Carolina in 1988, and had the opportunity to live in a number of cities that surround Charlotte such as Concord, Monroe, Dallas, Huntersville, and Cornelius.

Mark attended the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, where he received a bachelor’s degree in Political Science with a minor in Organizational Communications.  Since graduating, Mark has had a successful career as a contract recruiter in the financial services industry and as a business owner of a social media consulting company, Frietch Consulting Group.  Outside of operating a business, Mark speaks at a number of organizations to educate job seekers on how to be competitive in a challenging job market.

Mark is a member of the Carolinas Freedom Foundation Board of Directors while also serving Charlotte as a representative on the Passenger Vehicle for Hire Board. In addition, he is a member of Elevation Church-Uptown Campus where he volunteered on the church VIP Team to welcome and connect with new guests. In the past, Mark has been a member of the American Red Cross, Habitat for Humanity, and the Town of Cornelius Land Development Code Committee.

Mark is a middle child and has one older brother and a younger sister. He is a proud uncle and adores his rescued Rhodesian Ridgeback/Australian Shepherd Mix dog, Charlie. Mark enjoys activities in his spare time such as cooking, volunteering in the community, hiking, exploring the Queen City, and playing sports.
