Mask Arts Company: masks, directing and teaching in the heart of Manhattan since 1976. Specializing in custom made to order masks, working with leather, neoprene and other materials for theater, dance, opera, musicians, pro-wrestling and more. Teaching: we produce and teach workshops in Commedia dell’Arte and mask making. Featuring two-week intensives. We make custom fitted leather clown noses for clown around the world and teach workshops for clowns in how to make their own custom fitted leather clown nose.
Mask maker Stanley Allan Sherman also directs and develops theatre, specializing in original theater pieces, solo shows as well as clown show.
