Mateo Group is addressing issues of invoicing, gathering of hours and approving of hours by utilizing Webclock.  Webclock is an electronic timecard and management approval system.  As a result, all of our contract employees use Webclock to enter their hours, while the hiring manager uses it to review and approve hours online. This allows our clients and consultants to track hours all from one dashboard.  You can use it to track your project hours real-time and on-demand.

In addition, the Mateo Group is funded by, and a part of the Micro Tech Staffing companies.  This makes us financially secure and takes great pride in paying our contractors quickly and accurately.  We understand that an unhappy employee is not as productive at the client site. We protect our clients by not accepting 1099 status contractors, which can become a liability for all of us. All Mateo Group contract employees on the client site are W2 status or properly insured Corp-to-Corp resources.
